Where to start,
and what comes next

Five steps, in the order that works. Most businesses start at step one and take the rest at their own pace — you are never asked to buy the whole thing up front.

The Roadmap

Five steps, one at a time

Each step stands on its own and produces something you keep. Nothing here requires the step after it.

01

Assessment

We look at how your business runs today before recommending anything. Which processes eat the most time, what your current licenses and systems actually cover, and where the quickest wins sit.

Delivered with
Business Vision Workshop Readiness Assessment
What you get
  • A workshop with your leadership on what to fix first
  • A map of your current processes and where time leaks
  • Review of licenses you already pay for
  • A readiness check before any AI is discussed
  • A written plan with priorities and a first target
02

Trial licenses and training

Before you commit budget, a small group tries the tools on real work, with training built around their actual jobs. You see whether it helps before you buy it at scale.

Delivered with
Microsoft 365 Microsoft 365 Copilot
What you get
  • Trial licenses set up for a pilot group
  • Role-based training for leaders, managers and staff
  • Hands-on sessions using your own documents and tasks
  • An adoption dashboard so you can see real usage
  • An honest recommendation on whether to expand
03

Data governance and security

The step most providers skip. We find what AI tools are already in use, tidy up who can reach which data, and get devices under management — so everything built after this is safe by default.

Delivered with
Microsoft Purview Microsoft Defender Microsoft Entra Microsoft Intune
What you get
  • Inventory of AI tools already in use, including shadow AI
  • Data classification and sensitivity labeling
  • Access clean-up so people only reach what they should
  • Device enrollment, compliance policies and remote wipe
  • A written AI Acceptable Use Policy for your staff
04

AI agents

Now the process is clean and measurable, agents take over the repetitive parts. We start with one or two where the payoff can be proven, each with a written limit on what it is allowed to do.

Delivered with
Copilot Studio Microsoft 365 Agent Store Agent 365
What you get
  • Ready-to-use agents activated for your team
  • Custom agents built for your specific process
  • Connection to the systems you already run
  • Written authority limits and a human escalation point
  • Before-and-after numbers on the process it took over
05

Managed digital workforce

The ongoing part. We keep everything governed, monitored and improving, and report what it actually saved. This runs alongside the steps above — not after them.

Delivered with
Agent 365 Microsoft Purview Power BI
What you get
  • Governance, access control and a full audit trail
  • Monitoring of usage, accuracy and running cost
  • Tuning and knowledge base updates as you grow
  • A named advisor and a monthly review you can see
  • Monthly report on hours saved and cost avoided

Step five runs alongside the others rather than after them — managing something from the day it goes live is far cheaper than repairing it a year later.

Delivery Method

Every stage has a pass condition

We do not move to the next stage until the condition is met. It is the cheapest protection against a project that stalls halfway.

01

Discover

We map your process and look for the inefficiencies hiding inside it.

Pass condition
Passed when one process is chosen and its baseline is recorded.
02

Design

We design the solution together with the agent’s authority limits and its human escalation point.

Pass condition
Passed when both are agreed in writing.
03

Implement

We deploy, integrate with your systems, and train users by role.

Pass condition
Passed when the escalation path works and a rollback plan exists.
04

Prove

We measure the result against the baseline recorded at the start.

Pass condition
Passed when the first proof of value lands within 30–60 days.
05

Manage

We run your agent fleet on a monthly rhythm you can see.

Pass condition
Passed when the agent register exists and the first ROI report is received.
What You Can Hold Us To

Four rules we do not break

We would rather state our rules than list adjectives. These four decide how we make decisions day to day, on a one-week job or a three-year partnership.

No automation without a defined workflow

Building an agent on a process nobody has mapped is the fastest way to produce a pilot that never reaches production.

No claim without a baseline

The number before, the number after. If we did not record the starting point, we will not claim a saving — and will not bill for one.

Governance is designed at the start

Governance patched in later costs far more than governance designed on day one — and is far harder to defend when someone asks.

Every agent has a named owner

On our side and on yours. We ask for a person’s name, not a department — an agent without an owner gets quietly abandoned.

How We Price

What you are actually buying

We do not charge per user

Per-seat pricing is license territory. Charging on the same basis would make our service look like a duplicate cost stacked on top of what you already pay Microsoft.

We charge per business process

What you buy is the output of a process. The comparison is therefore the cost of running that process manually today — not the price of a piece of software.

We do not charge by the hour

The moment we bill by the hour, our interest becomes work that takes longer. We chose a basis that keeps our interests pointed the same way as yours.

FAQ

Questions we are asked most

Because a license gives you capability, not an outcome. What a license cannot do is decide which process is worth automating first, connect an agent to your SOPs and systems, restrict its access so it does not leak data, and make sure people actually use it. That is our work — and it is exactly the gap between paying for a license and getting a result.

We target a first proof of value within 30–60 days, which is why we start with one back-office process whose data is already tidy — not a large use case that depends on integrated data you do not have yet. If the numbers have not moved in that window, we reassess it with you rather than adding another agent.

Small organizations tend to feel the effect most, because every hour saved is a large share of the team’s capacity. We start with one process, a small number of agents, and a clear measure. If the process turns out not to be ready for automation, we will say so up front — not after you have paid.

Based on the business process we take on, not the number of users or hours worked. Charging per user would make our service just another cost stacked on your licenses; charging per hour would give us an interest in work taking longer. With a per-process basis, the comparison is what running that process manually costs you today. The final price is always set after we have seen your process and your volumes.

Every agent we deploy has written authority limits and a human escalation point agreed before go-live. Any agent that acts on core systems — approvals, payments, outbound communication — runs with a human in the loop. Every action is recorded in an audit trail, so we can see exactly what the agent did and why. Every deployment also has a rollback plan.

We apply least-privilege access, classification and sensitivity labels, and logging of all access so it can be audited. We sign an NDA before a project starts. One point is worth stressing: an agent inherits the access rights of its user — so tidying up permissions is not administrative housekeeping, it is the single biggest factor in whether an agent is safe to use. That is why we always do it first.

Start with one process.
Prove it in 60 days.

The first conversation needs no budget — just the one process you think eats most of your team’s time.
